A promise
became Shine.
After losing her husband in 2010 while expecting her fourth child, Susie Nussbaum Domb experienced how quickly life can change—and how the care of a community can help a family move forward.
During those years, she made a promise: if she could help another woman facing loss or hardship, she would. Shine grew from that promise.
